What kind of shifter layout are you using? The game offers several layouts modeled after real truck shift patterns. I think I use the ZF 16-speed layout because it's most similar to the Eaton-Fuller layout I use in ATS, but whichever layout you use will vary depending on your preference and also the type of transmission you have in your truck. The switch is to go between Automatic and Sequential. I don't think there's a switch to go between Manual (with a shifter) and Sequential. Even with the seq box selected, when i press the button to switch to auto nothing happens, im just stuck in neutral, or it might be auto im selecting, sequential should be that i still have to shift gears but without needing a clutch (forward and backwards I do not have a working H-gate shifter.
